Will we work with trauma directly?

This is a trauma-informed space, but not a replacement for therapy. We’ll use nervous-system regulation and somatic tools in a gentle, titrated way. If deeper trauma work is needed, we’ll always invite you to include appropriate therapeutic support alongside this work.
